Edge and VORM are proud to announce the successful delivery of The Pulse of Amsterdam, a 58,000 square-meter mixed-use development in the heart of the Zuidas business district. This innovative space combines premium offices, 200 residential units (151 mid-rent apartments), and a vibrant mix of retail, hospitality, and entertainment, breathing life into the area day and night.

The development includes prestigious tenants like BCG, Axpo, DRI, and Da Vinci, with more to come. With sustainable design at its core, the building features smart technology, solar panels, biophilic elements, and aims for BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications.

"The Pulse is an icon for sustainability and affordability, addressing both housing shortages and biodiversity needs," says Hans Meurs, CEO of VORM. Coen van Oostrom, Founder & CEO of Edge, adds, "It’s part of a dynamic shift in urban development, bringing together offices, homes, and public spaces to foster community and vibrancy."

Designed by MVSA Architects, VMX Architects, and Delva Landscape Architects, The Pulse is set to shape the future of urban living with its integration of modern workspaces and sustainable features.
