Today, we are proud to announce a significant milestone of our mix-used development The Pulse of Amsterdam.

In reaching the highest point on its 95-meter office tower, the building can proceed with its final stage of construction. Owned by Union Investment, the latest skyline shaper of Amsterdam is expected to be delivered in November 2024 and will offer 58,000 sqm of retail, leisure, cinema, offices and 200 residential apartments.

Reinier van Dantzig, alderman for spatial planning and Zuidas Municipality of Amsterdam says:

"The Pulse will be at the heart of the new Zuidas urban district: Kenniskwartier. It will be a mixed, lively residential neighborhood, an international, leading business district and an interdisciplinary, scientific center for healthcare, research, education and innovation. With catering and sports, business, science and education. A place in the Zuidas where you enjoy learning, living, working, going out and relaxing, and thus a real asset to the city."

Designed by architect firms MVSA Architects & VMX Architects, The Pulse is set to become an iconic addition to the South Axis of Amsterdam. The mix-used project will feature two towers: a residential tower and an office tower, connected by a plinth offering a green oasis for relaxation and biodiversity. Nestled between the towers, at a height of 35 meters on the ninth floor, a spectacular urban forest of approximately 600 square meters will provide another relaxation space for the future office tenants. At the heart of it all, The Pulse will boast a vibrant atrium where people can gather to meet and connect, and go to the new cinema of the neighborhood. The building is expected to receive both WELL Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding certifications after completion.
